2A Talent Resource Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Effective: February 1, 2025
1. Eligibility
- The referral program is open to individuals residing in the United States who follow the 2A Talent Resource LinkedIn page.
- Employees of 2A Talent Resource and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Ineligible Participants: Businesses, talent agencies, and other corporations are not eligible. Only referrals made by individuals (natural persons) will be considered for the bonus.
- Self-Referral Exclusion: Referrers are not eligible to receive a bonus for referring themselves as a candidate or client.
2. Referral Submission
- Referrals must be submitted via the 2A Talent Resource website or through the 2A Talent Resource LinkedIn page
- Required information:
- For candidate referrals: Full name, email address, and phone number of the candidate.
- For client referrals: Company name, primary point of contact, and contact information.
- Referrer's full name, email address, and phone number must also be included.
3. Referral Bonus Criteria
- Candidate Referrals:
The referred candidate must be successfully hired by one of our clients and remain employed for a minimum of 90 consecutive days.
- Client Referrals:
The referred client must sign a service agreement with 2A Talent Resource and maintain an active engagement for at least 90 consecutive days.
- The $500 gift card bonus will be issued to the referrer within 30 days after the candidate or client meets the applicable 90-day requirement.
- Gift cards will be delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx to a valid street address (PO Boxes not eligible).
- 2A Talent Resource is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and will not replace them.
4. Multiple Referrals
- If the same candidate or client is referred by multiple individuals, the bonus will be awarded to the person whose referral was received first, based on the official timestamp.
- In the event of a simultaneous submission, the bonus will be split evenly between the referrers.
5. Referral Limits
- Each referrer is eligible to receive up to two $500 bonuses within any six-month period. Additional referrals during the same period will not qualify for a bonus until the next six-month cycle.
6. Verification Criteria
- Referrers must provide valid and verifiable contact information.
- 2A Talent Resource reserves the right to verify the identity of the referrer by reviewing LinkedIn profiles, requesting additional identification, or contacting the referrer directly.
- Proof of U.S. residency is required to claim the bonus.
7. Fraudulent Behavior
- Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or fraudulently participate in the program will result in immediate disqualification.
- If fraud is discovered after a bonus has been issued, 2A Talent Resource reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and pursue legal remedies.
- Disqualified individuals are permanently barred from future 2A Talent Resource programs and promotions.
8. Residency Requirement
- Referrers must be legal residents of the United States.
9. Tax Implications
- The $500 gift card bonus may be considered taxable income.
- A 1099 form will be issued if the total bonuses or payments from 2A Talent Resource exceed $600 in a calendar year.
- Before issuance, the referrer must submit:
- Full legal name
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Current mailing address
- A completed IRS Form W-9
- Referrers must submit required tax information within 30 days of notification. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- All personal information will be handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Program Duration
- This referral program runs from February 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
- All referrals must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2025.
11. Program Changes
- 2A Talent Resource reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
12. Disqualification
- Any referrer or referred candidate/client engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior will be disqualified.
13. Privacy
- By participating, referrers consent to the use of their information solely for program administration. Data will be managed per our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
- 2A Talent Resource is not responsible for technical issues, submission losses, or other errors affecting referral processing.
15. Governing Law
- This program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Kentucky courts, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Arbitration Clause
- Any disputes related to the program will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will occur in Boston, Massachusetts, and proceedings will be in English.
- By participating, you waive your right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
