3.1 With Clients and Talent Partners

By applying for roles through 2A Talent Resource, LLC, you expressly authorize us to share your information with our clients and trusted talent partners, including affiliated recruitment firms, for job evaluation and placement.

For Quebec and Canadian residents: Personal data shared with Steve Gagné Inc. complies with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25. Data transfers to the U.S. are protected through contractual agreements.

3.2 With Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers for IT, marketing, payment processing, and background checks. These providers must protect your data under contractual obligations.

3.3 Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, or government investigations.

Quebec residents may choose to resolve disputes in Quebec courts instead of arbitration, in compliance with consumer protection laws.


8. Data Security & Breach Notification (Law 25 Compliance)

We have appointed a Privacy Officer responsible for compliance with Quebec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA. In the event of a data breach posing a serious risk, we will notify affected individuals and report it to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
