 Following our initial conversation, we conduct a more in-depth needs assessment through a structured questionnaire or stakeholder discussions. This allows us to evaluate existing HR processes, policies, and organizational structures. Based on our findings, we develop a customized proposal outlining our recommended solutions, scope of work, timeline, and investment.
