Ali Yoder brings more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience helping businesses build strong teams, navigate compliance, and develop practical people strategies that actually work in the real world.

When 2A Talent Resource was first created, the focus was on professional recruiting—helping companies find the right people for the right roles. But after many conversations with small and mid-sized business owners, Ali quickly realized something important: the real need wasn’t just recruiting. Many companies simply didn’t have access to experienced HR leadership.

Policies were outdated, compliance risks were growing, and business owners were often left trying to “figure HR out” on their own.

That’s where 2A Talent Resource stepped in.

Today, Ali works closely with business owners to provide outsourced HR services and fractional HR leadership, giving companies access to industry-level expertise without the cost of a full-time HR department. From HR audits and compliance support to hiring strategy and employee relations, the goal is simple: help businesses build the people foundation they need to grow.

Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Western Michigan University and is known for her practical, straightforward approach to HR.
